I'm pretty proud of our summer's creations! Not only have we kept our zucchini's alive this summer, but we've kept Eddie alive too! With these crazy boys we have wondered at times if our garden and our Eddie would make it out alive, but so far so good.
The boys are proud of our creations too, and proud that they can lift them:)
Stuffed Zucchini! It was as yummy as it looks, even the cheeseless one:) Parker's so good to me to doctor up all my food to be dairy free.
Not only were our zucchinis successful but check out all those carrots!! This is our first year actually having gardening success in Alaska so we are quite proud!
