Another Getaway from Alaska!

Breitling and I were very ready for another visit to the lower 48! We had a blast as always! I didn't do as well this time taking many pics and alot are blury, but here are some of our adventures.

ZOO
It was free zoo day so my sister and I took the kiddos. Good thing it was free because it was so cold that most of the animals were gone or inside, but we had a good time.
The highlight for Breitling was watching the peacocks walk all around him. He had his eyes glued to them until they were out of sight.
His first licorice! I must admit it wasn't as messy as we were expecting.
KAYLEE'S PROGRAM
My niece had a school program that we went to. Breitling loved watching all of the songs and surprisingly sat still for it. Too bad church can't be that entertaining!

KENNEDY'S GYMNASTICS MEET
My niece had here first meet and did awesome! Breitling once again had a blast watching it and stayed in his stroller for the whole 2 hours! He also loved her medals!

AIRPLANE MUSEUM
We went on my nephews preschool field trip to the airplane museum. The highlight of this adventure was that I forgot the stroller. Breitling was so thrilled to be able to run all over the entire place.
MUSEUM AT GATEWAY
We went with my sister Karen and her family to the coolest museum in Salt Lake! Here is Breitling having a blast in their huge van on the way there.
Throwing balls in the shoot.
He found his favorite kind of toy quickly and was very reluctant to give it away even with all of the other fun things to do.
Playing in the helicopter they had outside.
Breitling and his cousin Will who is just a week older than him. They loved getting soaked at the water area.
Of course we had to get a pic of him playing in the control tower.
GRANDMA AND GRANDPA VANWAGONERS
We also made a trip to Provo to see Breitling's Great Grandparents. He loved exploring their house. Here he is having a blast with Parker's cousin Alex.

TRIP TO BOISE
We had a blast in Boise with Breitling's Grandparents and Aunt and Uncle. Here he is building a train with Grandpa.

Playing with the cash register with his uncle Ben.

Pinewood Derby & other pics

Our ward did a fun pinewood derby for the whole ward. Since I had never had a pinewood derby experience I wanted to do a family car, but Parker and Breitling ended up doing all the work. Here they are working on it.
Breitling was alot of help by sitting on the board so it didn't fly up as Parker was working.

The final piece of work! They nicknamed it "the gutless wonder," hmm I wonder why? It didn't do so hot, but we had fun:)

He is at the age where he loves putting on our shoes. I love it when he puts on the boots and it covers his whole leg, man it makes me feel big!
Breitling wanted to go with Parker to take out the trash, but he wasn't wearing much so Parker just through him in his coat with him.
We went downtown for the "Fire and Ice" festival for New Years Eve. Once again John is a trooper to carry Breitling around.
