The second day of school E wanted to be just like his brothers getting ready for school. He wanted a lunch box and wanted it in his backpack. He wore it out to the bus and didn't skip a beat when the boys got on he ran on too. He was so sad when I said not for 3 more years! Poor Eddie. We put his lunch to use though and he enjoyed it with mommy and boy isn't he cute!!
More sunday afternoon geocaching! Since we moved and we don't have so many sunday responsibilities in our ward we are enjoying more family time on sunday!
And when E's napping on sunday the boys always beg Parker to get out chess!
Big Alaska news is that we got a Krispy Kremes! Lucky us it happens to be right down the street from our house! The line has been over an hour wait for 2 weeks but Parker finally found a lull on his way home from work friday night so we could have them for the weekend!
Mid September and winter is coming so we had a busy weekend gettng ready. We washed the cars, cleaned out the garage to fit both cars in, cleaned up the yard, mowed one last time, and got out all the winter gear! We're ready, bring on another Alaskan winter! We finished our productive weekend with one last fire pit and smores.
Then Eddie got ahold of the marshmallow bag and started his own game of chubby bunny. Can you tell I'm obsessed with this kid and his smile!
Having fun learning about fire with their pyro dad.
This is what happens when Parker's occupying Eddie so I can do dishes. Bull riding never looked so fun! At least Parker put down pillows for when he got bucked off....
I surprised Henry and B with subway for lunch this week and they couldn't be more pleased! I love seeing them in their element.
Cold enough for a fire! Parker couldn't be more excited! I come upstairs and find Eddie just chilling in front of it. He's so funny!
Eventually everyone else joined him.
Sometimes I don't pay attention to the protective oldest child instinct B has but when I looked through these photos I had I realized B's arms are around Eddie and Henry several times to make sure they're safe by the fire. He's a good boy, I love him!
