Uncles Ben and Heber visited!

When we got back from Utah Parker's brothers were visiting. Here are some of our adventures with them.

We took the kids for a sled ride on our trail.

I am glad Parker got this candid picture of us, because one day he won't be sitting on my lap reading books anymore.
Having hot chocolate and biscotti after our sled ride.
We went to the the aviation museum.  I am not sure who loved it more Ben or Breitling!

Doing his dinosaur puzzle with Ben.  Breitling really palled around with Ben.

Ben had an apple so Breitling had to have one.

The kids joined them for chips for the superbowl.
We got to celebrate Heber's birthday with him.  By looking at the cake he chose you should know I didn't mind celebrating with him at all!

Trip to Utah!

Our visit to Utah this year wasn't really a break from our Alaskan winter since Utah is experiencing an unusually harsh one, but it was still good to have a break and see family!  The kids had a blast with their cousins and grandparents!  Thanks to all our family for making it a great visit!

The kids love hanging out on grandma and grandpa's bed.

Having fun with the Thurgood cousins!

Visiting Grandpa EJ.  The kids were quite pleased that someone offered them lolipops.  I wasn't as pleased with the messiness.
We were lucky to have Grandma Audrey come visit us.  The kids loved the cute things she brought them.
We got to go see their cousin Kaylee's cool science project.
There is a story behind this one.  My mom's neighbor got locked out of her house with her dog so she came over to use the phone.  The kids were a little apprehensive about the dog so they went downstairs to play.  Next thing I know Breitling comes upstairs dressed like this and says "I'm not afraid of the dog anymore!"
Visiting my amazing Grandpa Halls!  96 and still living alone!  He is amazing!

We went with cousins to the church museum again.  Henry quite enjoyed fishing in Nephi's boat.

My Dad let Breitling pick out a lego to make together.  He had fun making his little Hero although grandpa did most of the work.
As much as this looked planned it wasn't.  Breitling snagged a bowtie from my Dad's room in the morning and asked Grandpa to put it on.  Of course after Henry saw that he went and got one too.  If it was planned I would have tried to match their ties to their clothes a little more:)
