More summer fun...even with school in session:)

B was saying what he misses most about Alaska is the outdoor exploring adventures so I took the boys exploring at the nature conservatory down the street from our house one Saturday morning.  They were in heaven running around and it almost compared to Alaska.

Were knocking down our bucket list of things we wanted to do once we lived in Utah!  A BYU game to see the marching band and reminisce the good old days was top on my list!  Unfortunately since we went to the first game of the season the marching band wasn't there yet!  Guess we get to go back again and next time we'll choose a less scorching day!  All in all the boys had fun and were good sports about mom and dad going down memory lane!

And Henry wore my marching band hat!  It made my heart happy!

This little guy played soccer for the first time!!  He was a great goalie and had a blast!

Every time we drive by the airplane museum on the freeway Eddie hollers that he wants to go "right now"  We finally made it for our airplane lover!  He loved it until he found out there weren't any airplanes that you could get in:)

On September 9th 9 years ago Parker took me to the melting pot and after dinner got on one knee.  Now that we're by a melting pot we were able to go this year to remember that special day!  Parker doesn't love public photos so we snapped one in the car:)

Before Parker finished training and started his crazy schedule I took advantage of him being off on the weekend and went with my fun sister and her three daughters to tuachaun in st. george.  We saw newsies and mammamia!  It was such a blast!

And every day while there my talented niece did my hair all cute!

And while I was off having a girls weekend they boys were off having a boys weekend fishing!

Our first Utah camping trip was such a success!  Cold, wet, alot of work with kids, and very dirty but so worth the great memories!

Eddie caught his first fish and was so excited and stinking adorable!!

We even caught salmon in Utah!  Kokanee Salmon, not quite the size we're used to but still salmon:)
Parker made the best tin foil dinners!

Lots of rock throwing!

My favorite moment from the trip and I'm so glad I snapped a picture!!So adorable!

Cooking our yummy dinner!

September and first term is already over thanks to year round school so we went to krispy kremes to get their free doughnuts for good grades and to celebrate being off track for a whole month!  Party time!

Parkers now working wacky hours and hardly sees the boys since he works evenings and weekends, the times when theyre home from school.  So the year round school is a huge blessing for us because now that they're off track we get to go to fun family things during the middle of the week when parkers off on tuesdays and wednesdays.  This week on his day off we went to temple square, toured the conference center, went to the church kids museum.

B loved building temples at he museum!

The boys loved walking around temple square and finding all the spots where we had our wedding day pictures taken.  They insisted on standing on the same circle we stood on:)

School, yes in July!

I had mixed feelings at first but I think we are going to love year round school!  The boys are taking it all in stride and love their new school!

2nd and 1st grade!

And me and this guy hangout all day!!!!

We took advantage of our time alone and he potty trained!

He did so great on day one we went for Hawaiian shaved ice to celebrate!

We bike, jog, hike and play all day!  He's my little buddy!  I love him!

Oh and we do lots of legos!

First field trip a walk to the tour de utah race.  It was alot of fun walking with both boys over to it and watchg the swarm of bikers pass.  I'm so glad I'm able to go to things like this with my boys!

Grandma and Grandpas first visit!

Having Grandma and Grandpa close enough to drive up is another exciting thing!  The boys loved it and then Heber and Garrett stayed for a very fun and eventful week!
